(“Sponsor”) and is open to all attendees of the NOSM Northern Lights event on February 25, 2021, excluding employees of the Canadian Medical Association or MD Group of Companies and any such employees’ immediate family members and persons with whom such employees reside.
To enter, the entrant must fill our the ballot at https://marketing.md.ca/PACC_NOSM-Northern-Lights-Contest_Contact-Card.html.
The contest begins on February 25, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on February 25, 2021 at 7 p.m. Eastern Time. By entering you agree that you have read and understood these Contest Rules.
The prize consists of Acre75 box, valued at $250. The prize must be accepted as awarded or forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
One entrant will be randomly selected. The winner will be contacted via email to inform them that they have won.
The selected entrant will be informed via the email provided on the virtual ballot.
To win, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question: (3 x 2) + (4 x 10).
The selected entrant must also sign a release form releasing the Sponsor from any and all liability arising from participation in the contest or from the acceptance of any prize. If the selected entrant cannot be found, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question or does not sign the release, another entrant will be selected, and so on until the winner has been determined. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The personal information of contest entrants will only be used for the administration of the contest and will not be linked to survey responses.
